Ever seen improv comedy and thought “I’d like to try that, but it seems too hard”? Never seen improv but interested in honing some new skills in a fun environment? Then this is the class for you!

Come and learn the surprisingly accessible and transformatively fun practice of longform improv. You’ll be creating whole worlds on the spot from nothing, using only the incredible powers of listening, support, and saying “yes”. The class will start with various activities and games to build skills and then move towards creating full scenes.

It is taught by Matt Guttentag, a former cast member of Washington Improv Theatre. No experience is required — only a positive attitude.
