Please join us in welcoming Jen Graney, the Durland Alternatives Library’s new Operations Coordinator!

Jen has already hit the ground running — she has a wealth of experience managing and developing library collections and creating warm, welcoming spaces for the public. Stop by and say hello!

Jen Graney (she/her) is a librarian, writer, and musician who is passionate about lifelong learning and advocacy, especially as it relates to recovery, homelessness, animal liberation, mental health, and self-discovery. Jen holds an MLIS from Syracuse University and an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Before joining the team at DAL, she was the director of Cortland Free Library.
